Cancellation Policy
These policies protect my business.
Late policy: After 10 minutes, you will be charged a late fee. 15 minutes + will result in cancellation and additional fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of service.
Rescheduling = in loss of deposit. New deposit is required for each appointment made.
Note: all cancellations must be made online through booking site; no exceptions.
No refunds.
